Ballarat Mums Supper Club is a monthly community dinner designed by mums, for mums - and the kids that come with them. Come for the food, stay for the company.

The Ballarat Mums Supper Club is a relaxed, low-cost community dinner for mums and their kids.

Starting in 2026, the Supper Club is designed to make it easier for mums to enjoy a wholesome, nourishing meal without the usual barriers that come with eating out. Kids are welcome to move, play, and be themselves in a judgement-free space, while mums can sit, eat, chat, or simply enjoy a night where dinner is already taken care of.

We know that restaurants and pubs aren’t always practical or affordable with young children - prams don’t fit, toddlers get restless, change spaces are limited, and the cost adds up quickly. This is a different kind of night out.

The Ballarat Mums Supper Club is a pilot project focused on bringing mums together, reducing isolation, and creating connection through a shared meal. It’s simple, welcoming, and built for real life with kids.

Come along for good food, a friendly room, and an easy way to spend an evening together.

Kids included. Chaos welcome. (ps. if you are just looking for night out without the kids, you are more than welcome to come solo or with another female friend)

Menu for our first dinner will be:

Black bean and Quinoa Chilli (not spicy!), with corn chips, cheese and fresh guacamole. (vegetarian, gluten free - can be made vegan on request by going cheese free)

Want to support the pilot?

Because this is a pilot, we’re building it thoughtfully and with community support. If you’re an individual, organisation, or local business and you’d like to get involved, we’d love to hear from you.

Support might look like:

  • sharing the Supper Club with your community

  • donating food or supplies (in-kind)

  • volunteering on the night

  • partnering with Tiny Fork to help the pilot run well and grow sustainably

Even small support helps so reach out if you think you might be able to help at connect@tinyfork.com.au

Social media sucks my soul dry. Let us reach you via your inbox instead. Once a month newsletters, if you're lucky.
