What to expect

Cook
We cook delicious, mostly plant based food together. We aim for food which is in season

Learn
We learn about how the differnt ingredients have differnt impacts on the body, such has fibre, protein and vitamins.

Confidence
We practice differnt cooking techniques from cutting, chopping, grating, measuring and heating.

Connect
Parents and children work and learn alongside each other, allowing curiosity and play to guide the way.
Pull on an apron and join us for a cosy winter food adventure designed for children and their grown-ups.
Together, you'll make sweet potato gnocchi from scratch, create a slow-roasted tomato sauce packed with fresh herbs, and discover the joy of cooking side-by-side.
Along the way, you'll explore seasonal ingredients, build practical kitchen skills and take on our Herb Detective Challenge - a playful sensory activity that puts noses and tastebuds to the test.
At Tiny Fork, we believe food education is about more than recipes. It's about building confidence, sparking curiosity and creating meaningful moments around food.

• Create a delicious roasted tomato and herb sauce
• Explore rosemary, oregano, basil and lemon thyme through our Herb Detective Challenge
